Laaktheater brings the people of ‘Stage Your Voice’ 2020 into the comfort of your home. Under the guidance of the Residentie Orkest, these talented artists wrote a song about a subject that is very dear to them. In ‘Stage Your Voice’, a number of young people depict their personal stories about love and vulnerability, inclusivity and loneliness, discrimination and the courage to swim against the tide.

Jesse Roos wrote the song 'Did I overdo it' for Stage Your Voice 2020, about coping with difficult experiences and the space you can give to or or take from each other through words. "In my music, I want to be honest about everything that goes on in my head. The key to healing is honesty and vulnerability, and that can be wonderful".
